IGN: @IshanDJB Users Involved in this Contract: This contract involves @chamber480 Terms of the contract: 1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L1 Magic Hoe (#LFAC9382) for $1,000,000 ECD. 2. @Chamber480 is responsible for paying 10 weekly payments of $100,000 ECD at /warp debt. @IshanDJB is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @chamber480 upon approval of the contract. 3. Late fees will be as follows. Every 24 hours the payment is late, @chamber480 will owe @IshanDJB 10,000 ECD extra, up until a limit of 70,000 ECD has been reached. If this occurs, @IshanDJB may file a complaint and claim the tool from @chamber480 . 4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM PST starting on 4/8/2023. 5. In regards to ownership, @IshanDJB will retain ownership of the L1 Magic Hoe (#LFAC9382), while @chamber480 pays off the hoe. Once all payments have been made, @IshanDJB is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @chamber480 may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract. @IshanDJB @chamber480 Hello to the both of you! I would like to bring up two points: 1. Clause 2 has an incorrect tag for the user (i.e. it should be chamber480 rather than Ezra_Phoenix). 2. The wording of clause 2 makes it seem as though there is a total of $10,000,000 to be paid. Once these changes have been made, @chamber480 will have to agree to the edits made and then we can proceed accordingly.
