Contract Purpose - This contract serves to initiate the legal transfer of the town colebex from taddortot to pyrotechnix_. Within 24 hours of this contract's approval taddortot will relinquish all ownership and claim of colebex to pyrotechnix_.

Pyrotechnix_ will make a payment of $10,000,000.00 to taddortot for the town of colebex and may be apply for a town transfer application after approval of the contract and payment to taddortot.
