General Purpose of Contract:
Safe, secure sharing of a melon sword
Named: Melon Mayhem


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @strongpelt agree to add @padsen to a shared chest that will hold the melon sword within 3 days of receiving 500k payment. Whenever I am logging off, I will put the melon sword in a designated chest in a designated room at /warp eastepicure.
I, @strongpelt agree not to rent the sword out to anyone while this contract is active.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Within 3 days of this contract being approved @padsen must pay 500k to @strongpelt via forum transfer or in game /pay or the contract is voided.
Whenever either of us are logging off, we will put the sword in a designated chest in a designated room at /warp eastepicure. If either I @strongpelt, or @padsen breaks the sword, the person responsible for the loss/broken sword will need to pay 500k to the other person within 3 months of it being broken/stolen. I, @strongpelt retain the right to take back full ownership of the sword as long as I pay @padsen the initial 500k back. Neither I @strongpelt, or @padsen can rent the sword out to other people as long as the contract is still active. If done so the contract becomes broken.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
