Rules and Standards for Co-mayors of Diamond_City

1. Devotion – Must daily and actively do work to benefit the town. Example: Selling plots or working on an approved project.

2. Honesty – Must always be honest and never cheat or scam town members even if permitted to by ECC rules.

3. Language – Must only have a respectful and helpful positive communication with town members.

4. Communication – Must maintain communication with other staff.

5. Community – Must be active in the local chat with town members to make a community.

6. Report – Report inactivity in town members or breach of any other town rules to xXDiamondxBackXx for him to do the LWC removals. If you come across a chest that has been unlocked that still has contents lock or move contents to town donation chests.

7. Must be community focused not self/player focused.

8. Must abide by town rules


Financial

1. All prebuild income on town owned land must be divided and be put 50% to the town donate sign.

2. All Sales over $5000 must be split and put into the town donation sign.
