    Coal is not mined by eff7 holders and very often mined by lower ranks, they who need the help to get started, was my idea in saying just coal.

    Not sure if this is even possible, but I'll throw it out there.

    What if we could enable XP for mining for standard tools? No fortune tools would get XP. That way the person who mined the ore (diamond for example), would have to choose between more of the items (diamonds) or XP (with only one diamond).

    If they mine it with a non-fortune/silk tool, it would supply XP instead.

    Might not be possible, but if it is, maybe this could be a compromise.

    I still feel exp is too bountiful right now. It's neither difficult nor expensive to buy 30 levels.
