Repayment of Feature Loan

General Purpose of Contract:
@kimi2QT will be repaying 470,000 ECD on Main in exchange for $52.50 worth of features.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Mission001 agree to buy @kimi2QT TownControl, TownControlPlus, TownControlPlus2 and 1 Spawner Key (Totaling $52.50) within 10 hours of this contract being accepted in exchange for 470,000 ECD.
The full 470,000 ECD will be due on 17th May resulting in 20,000ECD per week for 23 weeks and 1 payment of 10,000 ECD.
I @Mission001 will make a chest located in Main, location +14036. +14687 71 (Can get there from /warp Avalon, first house on the right) This chest contains 47 payments of 10k totaling the full 470,000ECD
I @Mission001 have the right to file a comaplint if the full 470,000ECD is not fully repaid before 11.59pm EST on the 17th May.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@kimi2QT agrees to pay 470,000ECD to @Mission001 by 11.59pm EST on the 17th May in exchange for TownControl, TownControlPlus, TownControlPlus2 and 1 Spawner Key (Totaling $52.50).
@kimi2QT agrees and acknowledged where the repayment chest is located. (Main +14036. +14687 71)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
