I am now renting out my Efficiency 4 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 diamond pickaxe. This will only be available to Resident+ or builders that I believe I can trust. After you post an application I will either accept or deny it. Arguing with my descision will not change my mind, don't try it. The price for renting it is $400 an hour. If you would like to rent it until a certain time, please be aware that I am in central U.S. time. If you live in a different time zone you must adjust your time to my time. This will not be available to rent after 8:00 p.m. central U.S. time Sunday-Thursday and not after 9:30 p.m. central U.S. time Friday+Saturday. The maximum time that you can rent it for is 48 hours (2 days). If I am offline when your time us up, you may place it in a chest that I will provide you with so I can collect it. Every hour it is late will be an additional charge of $100. If you lose or break it, you buy it, you will have to pay $12,000 for it, if you do not have enough money to pay for it we may take your property to pay it off.
