The town does have a 30x30 wheat farm. The wheat farm is not ready just yet. Sorry! Type /region info SevenHearts for info of who lives in the town. Owner of the town is DragonHeart09 and Co-Owner is Person14. No else player will be Co-Owner of the town.

15x15 $2,500
20x20 $3,250

~~ Town Rules ~~
Rule #1: No griefing or raiding.
Rule #2: Do not grief other plots.
Rule #3: No placing outside of your plot boundaries unless given permission by town owner. (DragonHeart09)
Rule #4: No offensive structures.
Rule#5: No more than 1 person living in a plot.
Rule#6: No mining under the town.
Rule#7: Let the owner (DragonHeart09) know that you are going to be offline for more than a month or you will be removed from the town. (Not the plot. The player. That player will have in tell Rule#10 when I react.)
Rule#8: No reselling of plots.
Rule#9: Follow the rules or you will be removed from the town. (At warning 0/2)
Rule#10: If you are inactive for more than 2 months. Your plot will be removed. (Rule#10 will have your player removed already)
Rule#11: No skyscrapers, houses that take up the in tire plot, no obsidian in your plot. It will be removed.
