Thanks for reporting this. Upon further investigation with @block_crusher, it appears that someone without perms can always destroy them (including any armour). The 'use' flag prevents someone without perms from placing them, but they are still able to destroy them. @Physicistsmom @jakeyray18
This is fixed. If you cant break them we are good. If you can place them, people need to alter their use flag.
