    I have noticed that if you use a sponge on a portal that the water goes away, yet you are still able to use it! If we remove all water, that will eliminate all portal lag and stop people from dying under portals!!!! :D

    Wait, really? The only problem i see with this is differentiation between portal and empty portal. Besides the obvious what in the name of logic made you try this xD

    I don't know. That might be possible. I do know that it doesn't have to be water because Ike and a few others built a lava portal :laugh:
