Hi

The rules say that:
Continuous redstone clocks are not allowed.
Temporary, small redstone clocks are fine so long as they are only used for a short period at a time.

I don't really understand what this means. Are clocks a type of circuit?

I'm intending for my town to have a fair amount of redstone and I don't want to get caught by this. Can someone explain what is and isn't allowed?
