Ok, I kind of need this to be done correctly, here's a Screenshot

That should be the Corner in the New World, Now,
That Corner is the RedWood (or Pine[Dark wood]) District,
While the wood facing to the left, should have a specific district over at the farthest (newest) left corner of my town which is Oak District [Regular Trees]
While the Wood faceing to the right, should also be a specific district all the way at the farthest (newest) right corner of my town which is Birch District[White Wood with Spots]
The Opposite Corner of my new location should be Government Sector [Any Other types of buildings]
