/HOW TO APPLY/
You need to an answer these 3 questions as best as you can in your post to completely apply:

1. How much money do you need?
2. Can you provide details on why you need the capital? (you don't need to, but remember: honesty is the best policy)
3. What assets do you posses that could back up your loan? ( this could be currently owned property, special tools, stacks of minerals or nether stars, etc.).

Answer these 3 questions and we can message you back by either through the forums or in game mail! We will give you our best offer with the information given from your post.

/LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS/
Terms and Conditions apply to all loans we give to our clients, we encourage all readers to read these terms and acknowledge the consequences stated.

-Main Clause:
Loans are to be payed MONTHLY unless stated in any document (created by original loaner or through new negotiated terms). Payments are to be made in FULL amounts when the set date has arrived.

-Late Payment Clause:
Late payments (at least by 2 payments or stated otherwise) are to increase the interest of the payment by no more than 2.5% on every missed payment. NEW DAYS of payment can be addressed and scheduled with the loaner IF necessary.
Late payments are NOT acceptable as an excuse to NOT to pay the creditor. Please pay your creditor on time to avoid these fees.

-Repossession Clause:
Repossessions of goods are allowed by the creditor IF the debtor cannot pay his dues on time. All assets that are deemed valuable to the server are allowed for repossession which include but are not limited to:

• Specialized tools
• Property
• Resources
• Rare Minerals

These items and MORE can be repossessed to make the debtors payment on the date it is due. Reference Income Possession Clause IF no assets or capital are present for collection by the creditor.
The creditor may not collect any assets unless a minimum of 2 payments are reported missing. Any higher higher and the creditor has full right to claim said assets.

-Income Possession Clause
IF no assets are present and the debtor has no funds to pay back the loan, the Income Possession Clause will be applied to the loan. Until the loan (and its interest) is payed in full, ALL income from labor, grinding, or deals are to go to the creditor to pay off the loan. Certain agreements will allow assets to be LOANED to the debtor for a price to work off the loan.

/Denied Loans/
IF we deny your request for one of our loans, we have our reasons for doing this. Our most common reasons are listed below:

• Liability: your provided details (or previously recorded loan with us) are not worthy for a loan on the basis you will either not pay it back or default based on current assets.
• Not enough details: request does not have enough details to be put into consideration, (be sure you answer the 3 questions honestly and thoroughly).
  
• Poor Assets: Poor or non existent assets would create a liability with us should you default on your loan.
• Undesirable or criminal character: We as Red Shield Loans have the right to refuse service to ANYONE we do not see fit to receive our loans, recorded fraud or criminal history can be a reason why we deny you our services.
• No funding: We at Red Shield Loans have limited capital to lend to loan to our clients, if you are denied for this reason, try to apply again in a few days.
