Reasons for my Demotion

Can't baby people, even on Minecraft. It is utterly ridiculous that they demoted you for laying down the law, even if you were strict, it doesn't matter. People need to know they can't get away with everything, even on a Minecraft server. You were a great mod, tis a shame they removed you. Good luck.

 

Nothing that happened in global was fair to you. Everyone was misbehaving. What you did was fair and in line with the rules. I really loved you as staff and I am still praying for the team to get their s*it together. Too bad they took this step back instead of forward. I am sorry for you, but thank you for your service.

That's not true.
I had nothing to do with this round what so ever. It was completely decided by other staff and I simply received instructions on who to promote & demote.

I actually thought Taylor resigned at first just up until I seen this thread.

I'm talking to the @Server Admin team about this now.

 

As well @TaylorBros22 if you want to discuss this privately with me feel free to PM just me and I'll check the whole situation out for you.

I've been almost completely away from the server for about 5+ days now due to holidays and am just checking in to handle email requests from @Server Admin team as well as checking my PM box for urgent important issues.

Other than that I'll be fully back around December 27th.

PS: Judging by the user response in this thread you were quite liked, so definitely PM in private if you wish to discuss. I will look into it all as soon as I'm back. As I said again, I simply followed the instructions in the email I received.

 

That was a few rounds ago. Why comment/make assumptions on things you actually know nothing about when it comes to latest events.

 

I think Taylor was excellent. He was more strict than I liked, but I think that was necessary at times.

There are many current problems with the staff team that from my standpoint aren't being addressed. My #1 complaint problem are the staff picks. Absolute garbage for the past 6 months besides a select few. This past one chose a user who quit two days ago.
But that's enough for this thread. Message me if you want to anything else. Back to the purpose of this thread.

 

The person who was chosen that quit, again I knew nothing about, and right after handling the email request from the SA team, I get another email saying never mind demote. Literally face palmed.

Sigh wtf is going on. I can't even take a vacation without coming back to drama and explosions -.-

From what I seen earlier today was you spamming the staff feedback form. I left all those pms because you clearly abused the form completely.

 

Well if valid complaints are abuse, then I guess you're right

 

They remove you but keep people that do absolutely nothing. You were harsh at times but it got the point across. You handled an abundance of forum work and were actively monitoring chat. A good chunk of staff now a days (no, not all of you) I see just chat in global and well, do next to nothing. I see people asking for help in global trade etc and they continue their conversation. I thought @TaylorBros22 actively enjoyed helping those type of people and helping out the server. @TaylorBros22 was one of the last moderators deserving of being demoted and it makes me sick to see the people he got demoted instead of.

 

Valid complaints are not abuse, but checking my inbox to see like 3+ PMs from you all shortly apart about the same user is just spam.

 

Anyways I don't want this thread to turn into some drama fest with stuff being thrown around left and right, regarding who is good for staff, who is bad, who should be promoted or shouldn't.

It's such a headache to check up on the forums during a vacation to see people blaming me for things I literally knew nothing about.... Sigh
