Hi everyone, I have decided to become one of the very first realtors on ECC. The way this will will work is i will get 1/10 of the proceeds from the sale of the house. I am a very good negotiator and can sell your houses fast. For example, if you guys said to me before we had started to sell the house and I asked you "Whats the lowest you are willing to accept?" and you said "30k." I would say that that will be the lowest I will go. The i would ask you "What do you want for the house?" and you answered "40k." I would start it off with 40k when advertising. If I got an offer that is in the range and you were on, I would pm you in game. If you weren't on, I would mail you in game. Please forum pm me, pm me in game or, comment on this thread.
