Ready your axe

Brief Description:
When readying your axe instead of telling me i must wait for me to wait before using it again, the game says I can ready even thou i am to tired to ready.

Instructions:
1. Place a axe in your hand.
2. Ready your axe by right-clicking
3.Try to chop down some wood.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
I had experienced this many times as you can see in the image. Even after I was able to use tree-feller and i had used it I was getting the same results as before.
Result:
Told that i can use tree-feller when i really cant.

Expected Result:
To be told to wait.

I would also like to say that I had experienced this after a server restart if that had anything to do with it. I also tried this with a pick and shovel but everything worked fine.
