On the forums:

Names on the forum are orange, just like in game?
Unless you're talking about colors within the tag, which is totally different (and isn't really doable for forums)

 

For the forums, how about give tycoon+ the ability to bold/italicize their name however they want it to be? Whether they change a few letters or the whole name, it would give them the ability to personalize their name.
Or we could bring back rank tags from the really old forums where all your ranks were listed under your name, but instead of having all of your ranks you would have just your main rank. For staff this would change to whatever staff rank they are. This would look like the current "Premium User" tag.
