Step 1: Hit "Post a new topic"
Step 2: Look at the bottom of the page it just opened, you should see a "Options" menu thingy, should have things like Disabling BBCode and Disabling Smilies.
Step 3: Hit "Poll Creation" right beside the "Options" menu button. This will bring you to a list of settings for the poll. Set them how you wish.
Step 4: Write your topic just like any other topic.
Step 5: Submit your topic, and it should have a poll if you set the poll settings right.
