    If I buy Fly from someone (60$ usd) with ecodollars will I get Nether promo (rank up)? I ask because I will buy Stealth in couple days for 75K$, and I can get fly for only 2-3 times more, so if I can get rank up I will rather buy fly. Sry if you don't understand something Im on PC for 8 hours and Im very tired.
