i have question on resident application as i am first time applying - the Wiki didnt not mention which payment required for Application - in game or In forum
so i need put money in forum bank OR in game bank - its was confusing but person who doing applications approval denied saying i had no money but its confusing as i am first time applying

 

OHHH thanks - i was clueless because wiki didnt say money has be in Game so i will have that sorted and reapply again
