I was just unbanned and I guess getting banned affects my bank. Just before I was band I had purchased a 200x200 plot of land. I wanted to know if I could recover that land or if not the money i paid for it and they money I actually had in my possession after the purchase. Thank you

A ban itself doesn't affect your balance. How long were you banned for? Depending on your offline time and your funds, your balance is wiped following the ECC file cleanup policy (www.tinyurl.com/ECCfilecleanup). If you lost money via the cleanup policy, it is permanently lost.
You can check "/rg list -w legacy" and "/rg list -w rising" to find your town's name, then use "/rg i townname" in the correct world to see where it is located. Unless your town has been claimed, you should still be the owner.
