This is an ongoing list of quests that state the wrong quest name or icon when either selecting it, completing it, or when it's in dquests. I will edit this if I find more before Clar responds, or reply in the comments if I find more after she does:

Bold will be the incorrect text

1.) The cactus quest "Beneath the Scorching Sun" states "You have completed Baking Those Pastries for 30 quest points."

2.) Amethyst's Enigma/The Shadowed Marble, uses a stone block as the item in dquests & not an amethyst block (like when selecting the job) or a smooth basalt (like what we need to mine)

 

Another one I just found is the quest "Echos of the Abyss" has the code EchoesoftheAbyss. There seems to me a missing "e" in the title. It should be "Echoes of the Abyss"

Also "Mosaic of History/The Symbols of Civilization" is an impossible quest since it requires us to brush up a Guster Pottery Sherd. Those are only obtained in Trial Chambers when you break a pot and are not obtainable from brushing suspicious blocks (if that's how you "obtain" one for the quest, it should be renamed to "break a Guster Decorated Pot." I haven't tested it yet on a naturally generated pot [Edit: The quest doesn't count breaking a naturally generated pot with the Guster Sherd on it)

 

I just completed the Petal and Leaf quest "Spring Tulips" and the popup message when it's complete and the lore attached to that quest when you hover over it in /dquests states "Giant Mushroom Harvester"

 

This comes from the VolcanicFractures quest. It's missing an S

 

The task description above the amount of point to possibly be earned (the orange text) is the wrong task

 

Deep Copper Coinsurer (under BeneathTheBedrock) states it's 75 points under /dquests, but then says 80 points in the chat message after completing it
