Brief Description:
Smelting Terracotta does not count towards daily quest.

Instructions:
Get the "Glazed Sunset Terra" quest
Place orange or yellow terracotta in a registered furnace
Add fuel to smelt the terracotta

How many times did you recreate this?:
Twice, smelted 512 of both orange and yellow terracotta

Result:
Quest progress shows 0 blocks were smelted

Expected Result:
Quest progress shows the respective terracotta blocks as smelted

Evidence:

 

I shift-clicked the stacks into my inventory, but shouldn't matter for smelting. For other smelting quests, the quest progress was counted as soon as the block was smelted.

 

Appreciate the troubleshooting, but no, I stood right next to the furnaces.

 

Thanks for the suggestion! I was very optimistic that this was going to fix it, but unfortunately after running /jobs clearownership and reregistering the furnaces, I am still not seeing any quest progress.
