Plots in QTown for sale!​

Hello Pancakesplatter here again but this time with an opportunity for you. If you're interested in buying a plot in the grand town of QTown, owned by joel997, just leave a reply below. Before I sell you the plots would like to show you some pictures of the plots and the town rules. We do have some fairly basic rules that apply to all:

Rules:

1.NO GRIEFING!
2.Make sure to keep your builds within your plot(s).
3.Don't spam our town Mayor or any Co-Mayors.
4.If away for more than 5 days then your plot will be repossessed (unless you speak with Mayor or Co-Mayor about not being on for awhile).
5.Respect other' plots, chests and other things.
6.Try and keep swearing to a minimum.
7.Be sure to use lock block (/lock) on your chests and doors to keep things protected.
8.Before moving to another town be sure to use the /unlock command or break all locked blocks in plot.

We do have a few rules but as long as you stick to them we hope to have a great time playing Minecraft together.


Features of town:

• Portal connected to spawn
• Large 22x106 farm with three layers so far that will be continued (wheat, pumpkins, and reeds)
• Second even larger wheat farm )not very organized looking)
• Free water placements for villagers.

We do ask that you can contribute some of your farmed crops into a chest that is next to both farms to help expand town.
