for example, someone wanna settle down more town. but he is already president. then... he can't make a new town anymore. in this situations, can he make a alt account for settling down a new town?
So like could I buy an alt account, and then pay that account $100,000 to rank to mayor, and then add my main account to that town? I'm guessing this is a no but just making sure.
If you are getting an alt account simply to bypass our additional town prices, this is against the rules. Basically: If you are using Alt accounts to try and bypass certain parts of our server, you will have to deal with the consequences, I don't care how unclear the rules may sound to you. Use one account and stay safe; period. Use more than one account, you're putting yourself at risk.
