Introduction
Hey ecc! It’s been awhile since we’ve had some real PvP action! The past PvP tournaments were a blast to participate in, and the last one was really fun to organize! I think it’s time to have another one, and share the opportunity to participate in a great event once again! Although, this one will be a little smaller, for reasons unstated.

With that aside, I want this tournament to be the best I can make it. It should be a fun event for both the fighters and the spectators. I want this tournament to be more than just a 1v1, I want all parties to enjoy it. I wish for everyone on the server to at least stop by and watch a fight or two! You might even enjoy it and stay the whole time! Cheer for your favourite fighter, place bets or even try to take the whole thing yourself!

Now fighters, while the atmosphere is important for the tournament, let’s not forget who this tournament needs, you. Without the fighters, these PvP tournaments would never have been able to bring the joy and excitement they have in the past. Do you have what it takes to win it all?!

Recognition
Now we all know the PvP legend @UnknownRider, the man who needs no introduction :p. No, but seriously this man has shaped PvP to what it is on this server. Unknown has created, organized and hosted 3 tournaments completely by himself. I know personally what I loved about this server was the PvP aspect of it, and UnknownRider was the one who made it as big as it was / is on this server. His PvP tournaments allow players to test their real skill against the best! Always in a 32 player bracket, ending in 1 champion, the best. I’m glad for everything unknown has done for this server regarding PvP, and I would not be able to do this without you (I’m using your rules, literally)

I would also like to thank the staff team @idkhowtoplay and @Photonoid for personally helping me with the creating and building of this tournament. Thanks guys, means a lot to have someone there with me.

@Obblebobble, thank you for providing me with the idea and materials to create this tournament. With just prizes to be determined, obble will be helping host this if he's available.

Tournament Setup

• This tournament will consist of, and only of, 16 players for it to take place. (I’m going to do a smaller event, as this is more special.)

• Players will face each other in a one-on-one combat in a set of three rounds per match. Whoever beats their opponent in two out of the three rounds will be declared the winner and advance to the next bracket. (the only exception to this is the championship match, which will be in a set of five rounds per match)
• All matches will be held in a town of “coliseum” at the “migate PvP arena”. There will be a global announcement in-game before the fights begin each day so teleports can be issued to fighters and spectators.

• The tournaments prize is still being decided, But, for this tournament there will be no fee to enter. Completely free! On the house!

Match Rules

• It is of the utmost importance that all fighters listen to and respond to the tournament host as necessary. This way the matches can be run in an orderly manner.
• Users are expected to take full participation during their match. I want to see solid effort displayed out their on the battlefield! Failure to participate in your match will result in a disqualification

• All matches will be scheduled, and the users will be notified of the day of their match. (more information about this will be included in the schedule section. If a player does not show up by the end of their match day, they will be disqualified.

Player rules

• There’s to be absolutely No use of donation features during any of the matches. this also includes feed, feed+, water+, pyro +, etc. User will be instructed to disable cheats, turn off fly, and another other features each round/match.

• All mcmmo abilities will be turned off for each match. you can do this by typing “/mcability”. However, this will only disable the active abilities.

• There will be no use of hacked clients during my tournament. If users are caught using a hacked client they will be disqualified and handled appropriately.

• Teleporting users into the arena is strictly forbidden. You are to fight your opponent, then exit the arena when your match is complete. teleporting other users into the arena before, during, or after your match will result in a disqualification.

• The only allowed equipment for the tournament will be:regular diamond armor, a regular diamond sword, a regular bow, 32 arrows, and any food of your choice (No Golden apples, or God Apples.)

• Each user will have their inventories checked by a moderator/admin before each round begins to make sure all items are permitted. So please make sure to only bring what is allowed

• Simply put, if you want to troll my tournament for whatever reason I’ll just have you removed completely. If you're going to apply, please take the experience seriously.
