IGN: @drodude Users Involved in this Contract: @Nicklepot18 Terms of the Contract: I will add @Nicklepot18 as a owner of the town of wayport within 24 hours of the approval of this contract @Nicklepot18 will be an official co owner of wayport within 24 hours of the approval of this contract @Nicklepot18 will pay @drodude 1.5 million ecd upfront and I will make add him as a owner of the region wayport Nicklepot's builds can not be destroyed as long as he co owner, approves of it, or the build is not within the rules and town/nation rules. The town owner, DroDude, can not sell the town without first discussing it with nicklepot18 The Contract becomes affective within 24 hours of it's approval Nickle will not have to pay any rent or charges regarding the town unless it is for a town addition such as a pvp arena, warp or anything needed to be added through forums Any plots/prebuilts Nicklepot18 sells he will get 100% of He will abide by the all rules within the contract Here are the rules that @Nicklepot18 must abide by 1. He must follow all town/nation rules. 2. He must not deconstruct or demolish any buildings without my permission 3. He can not add any other owners to the town without my permission. 4. He is allowed to add members to the town not owners. He can also remove members but not owners. 5. After his first offence, I will be removing his ownership, and he will remain as a member. After the second offence, he will be evicted completely from the town of wayport. 6. Any breaking of these rules will result in a breach of contract and will void the contract.
