How would I be lying about my claims? That just seems completely purposeless. I tested this, and those are my results. As you can see, not only me get this amount. There is other users who share of the same results as I do. TL;DR I would have more reasons not to say anything, than to say anything.
No one else has confirmed that they can make 19k/h. However, two people and myself state that they cannot make more than 17.5k/h, 10% more than the already max is a significant amount.

Sorry, one person says that they can make 19k/h, however the other person you mentioned just said that it "works", not that they could make said amount per hour.
Don't worry mate. Soon I'll be doing another of these helpful tips where you won't need ANY donation feature to do so. Of course some donation features would help slightly, but you can do it with absolutely zero donation features.
Both users said they could, one saying if they tried really hard which was never, nonetheless, he said he could (If he tried really hard). Anyways, catch me online, we'll have a look on what your doing wrong.
Truth... I sent him $2000 while he was conducting his test. He must have missed which caused him to believe he can make 19k and hour Pumpkin farming as opposed to the 17k an hour every other player makes.
Its common knowledge that you can only make roughly 16-18k farming pumpkins. That was with extensive testing with donation features. The dual row method requires a lot of focus. I could see maybe 19k the first hour or so, but it would be hard to maintain that over long stretches of faming. If you are only farming an hour at a time then sure 19k is possible ai guess. However when you are farming for hours on end that avg will drop to the more common avg of 16-17k p/hr. I would be interested in knowing your avg after an 8 hour stint, as with Kuke and others.
