Ok..... Heres the problem people with fly/speed can farm a full inventory in about 5 minutes, so there for if they raise it any more people will make a killing. The only way it will get raised, is if the eff5 axes are nerfed, witch probably wont happen.

 

If they do something the price for melons should go up. pumpkin axe x 30=melon sword yet pumpkin x 3 = melon and pumpkins farm faster

 

Your math is correct, but it's missing something.

pumpkins make like 13-14k an hour (at most), melons makes like 17-18k an hour (at most)

Now, if you farm for 2 hours a day, that's 8k more than pumpkins a day, you farm until you earn the melonsword back(350k), which is 10 days, in just 10 days you can earn 350k. That's a lot of money, it would take 5 days longer with pumpkins.

The more you farm, the bigger the difference in profit between pumpkins and melons you get. Pumpkins need no increase, because they're supposed to be lower than melons. Go farm for the melonsword, and you'll make lots of money in no time.

 

Wait is that farming pumpkins with or without fly?

 

Well, I have calculated in 30 minute tests that in optimal conditions, you can make about 16k/hour with pumpkins while walking at speed 4. With melons, in optimal conditions, you can make ~20.3k/hour, using Jakey's Melon Farming Macro. Without the macro, the max is about 18k or so.
