    i bought features yesterday worth over 100$ but I don’t believe I got the promo crate or I’m unsure of how to use the crate.
    Any help would be great

    Hey @Uncle_Ruckus24, those spins are done in-game by ClarinetPhoenix whenever she has a chance and you're online, they don't get automatically added to your account for you to spin because some of the prizes have to be manually given
