Hey, I just remembered that I wanted to offer this as well (though you are / already had someone offer to do this. But if you want to set up a trade sign to trade buckets to lava buckets, I would be willing to do free /fill lava on them.
We can do this although I have pyro+ myself . Thank you for the offer though Alright man I will keep this in mind for some future projects around the town, thanks! I am going to be setting up a repair room in the town next to the farm lift sign. All 3 co-mayors have Erep features however I dont see any harm in adding a fourth . I'm joining the Project Principium team, and will be making my towns 'Singleton' and 'Kokiri' available. These are two of my towns that were once popular builder towns, currently the towns will be undergoing heavy maintenance to ready them for new players to move in. If anyone wishes to participate in the restoration of these towns please message myself or THCOOL. The purpose of these two towns is to provide a place where builders can build an actual house, or live in a pre-built house. We chose to do this because THCOOL was constantly being asked if people could build their own home. The towns are to be built around nature, they're not flatlands. Users that are added to 'P' will also be added to Kokiri and Singleton - if you wish to visit these towns they have warps.

Update There are now 19 current residents that are living at /warp p As @265 has stated above, one of the main that has been arising was that some players want to build. At /warp p they are unable to do this. That is why we are happy to announce that we are now adding /warp kokiri and /warp singleton to "Project P". These 2 towns will have open plots and will allow residents to freely build on them if they wish. Any member that is part of the "Project P" system will automatically be added and have access to all 3 towns! /warp p will remain the apartment and perks town while kokiri and singleton will be the open build towns all while keeping a natural look as none of the towns are completely flat.
Update Project P is now looking for new Co-Mayors! Our current co-mayors do a fantastic job but unfortunately we are all humans and we all get busy at times. There are currently 20 residents at /warp p however for most of the day, it is still very quite. I want that to change and want this town to flourish and the only way to have an active town is to have active co-mayors. The idea is that if we have multiple co-mayors, at any given point of day there will hopefully be at least 1 online to recruit and help builders/new players. Update A huge welcome to somebody who I have known since she was a builder, @MollyZhu. She will be helping hand to hand with all of our new builders/residents! Upon joining, she has also donated $1,000! Thank you! I would also take this time to thank @fenolix for basically giving me a free town to use for this project. The town is completely flat and is basically all ready to go, all we need to do it map out some plots and roads and it is ready so a huge thank you for that! I would like to add that since expanding the size of our team, the number of residents in our town has dramatically risen. In just the past 3 days we already have 35 residents! The entire first floor is now completely packed and we must now immediately begin building up the rooms on the next floor. We cannot keep up with the demand! . Id like to finally add this though, due to this dramatic increase in demand, we are now only currently down to 2 diamond armour sets to give out in out "care package" system. I would simply buy some more myself but due to some unfortunate events (a few scams), I am extremely tight on cash. That is why we are reaching out to YOU, the public, to please donate to Project P. Our main need at the moment is diamond armour and any cash as well that will just be used to buy some armour and some renovation in the towns Thank you everyone! Co-Mayor Application 1)IGN: _Sharpy 2)How often are you online?: I am on very often, around 5 hours during holidays/weekends, and 3 hours every other day. 3)What timezone are you in and what part of the day are you mostly on?: I am in GMT+1 (BST), I am on starting around 5am, I will sometimes play for 3 hours on the trot early in the morning, and will play at other times during the day, then at night when there's a lot of people on I'll be on from about 5pm or 6pm to 9pm 4)Have you handled or helped run a builder town before? I started my current town ("honneyvill") as a builder town, it quickly became a different ranked one as my players wanted to stay. So I would say yes 5)Are you willing to put in quality time and effort to help this project flourish? Of course! I need something to do to keep me busy! I liked this idea! 6)Do you have any skills or areas of knowledge that you think would help aid with this project? I can help builders get good techniques to be great at economy servers! I regret to inform you that we are no longer taking applications for co-mayor. I feel that we currently have a solid team as it is and I dont want to start cramming everything in. Thankyou for applying though and should I open up applications in the future especially when we start expanding, I will definately take this application into consideration Co-mayor applications = Now Closed I would like to add that we are still in pretty major need of Diamond Armour.
