Top floor spawnshops go for around 400K-1 million. The tall shops when you go down side stairs are 200K-500K, and the normal shops rarely sell and when they do, it;s 10-30K.

 

start by renting out the shops that neighbor generaljoecool on the red side and expand from there.

The underground shops are a great place to have a shop, if you are willing to put effort into the shop, vary rarely would someone just wander into the underground area without intention of going directly to a Station. If you are willing to put the time into the shop, and have a decent understanding of how prices can fluctuate, the underground shops are a great place to shop, without breaking the bank to get it.

As for the prices on the Stations, I would pretty much say lee got most of them correct. As a general rule of thumb that is what I would say is the range that the Stations would go for.
