And just overall attempting to keep those builders on the server by providing them a pleasant experience. Several builders in my town have made Resident, and I hope to get many more.

• Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response: I'm the only neighbor, so no.
• Additional information about your additional town: This town plot will be leveled to y64, then have stone brick placed on the ground. A wall will then be built around it. The town will be designated a "City" and will be filled with Sky Scrapers, modern buildings, apartments, and the like. I'd like for it to be open to "roleplaying" ECC'ers who will open cafe's, restaurants, maybe a mall, or whatever a city needs. And it will be next to my "sub-urban" city of Chestoa. Which has a relatively active population, who I hope will find work there.
• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
