What are your plans as a President on this server: I plan to create a town where Resident+ people can purchase a house in my luxurious town that i plan on creating (similar in awesomeness to the town of welkin owned by Unknownrider). I also plan on participating more in the server and i will try to answer or give help to any player that has a question about the server.

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process.
