My Budget is up to 25k for this time (May get ALOT larger)
My favority Color is Lime Green.
Finally, i would like to add a very complex redstone lighting system.

What do you mean by complex lighting system? Because we are dealing with about a 32x20 space for the custom mansion plots and 20x20 on the regular plots.

The budget is there, I am just worried about the "redstone lamp" idea, that would make the walls at least 3 thick so I could run wiring from the roof down to the first floor, it would look really akward in a 32x20 plot, if it were a larger scale manision I think it would work perfectly. If that system would not be expected I think the rest is good.
