This is happening to me as well. During the 30 mins of fishing, I've got 2 rare music discs and
my fishing level is only ~100. I will hold on to everything I caught and not sell them just in case.

 

I haven't gotten any drops yet. Been fishing since restart.

 

Me and my friends were fishing, I am level 11, and everyone else is less than 10. I though this was just part of the new mcmmo update.

 

Will I get in any trouble if I am in possession of records? I spent so long collecting them. :(

 

Its because of normal minecraft I believe. They added many new things. I got a Max Sharpness and Unb 3 multiple times within 1 hour of fishing. Selling those books made me get around 15k per hour seriously, fishing. Dropping fishing prices won't help too much because of the books still coming, you could probably make a solid 11k+ because if you are lucky maybe 20k. It only takes like 6 books that are worth 3-4k.

 

It's not vanilla minecraft that dropped the discs.
