Email server not sending any emails out

Brief Description:
People have being saying that they are not receiving emails from the website when either singing up or just having people forum pm them,

Instructions:
GET THE FORUM TO EMAIL YOU SOMEHOW SUCH AS GETTING SOMEONE TO PRIVATE MESSAGE YOU.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
I have had it several times where I should have had a email from there server.

Result:
No emails are being produced

Expected Result:
An email is expected

Evidence:
N/A

 

I got an email from this post but for the past day i did not but it seems to be working now this thread can be locked.
