Brief Description: lb tb off takes a block of ice every time even when its already off

Instructions: do /lb tb off multiple time while holding a stack of ice and it just keeps taking blocks

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 4

Result: lost 1 block of ice every time the command is used

Expected Result: dont lose any ice after the first use of /lb tb

Evidence: just try ingame with a stack of ice, it's not a visual glitch reloging doesnt give back the lost ice

yeah but pretty sure(or not dont know how this plugin works so *shrugs*) you can add "4" lines off code to check if its already off to not do anything
