Instructions: I was wondering if there is a repair for this problem, the top left block of the portal is missing.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: It happened just this time.

Result: The top left block of the Town portal is missing

Expected Result: Are you able to restore it to its former condition.

Evidence: Its the Luxembourg Town Portal, if you look at the portal while in the town, the top left water block is missing. I think a person by accident, put something there and it turned like this. Thank you for your time.
