you could let mayors/president make an application for a personalized sign at his/her town portal this way you can tell people what towns you could go through with that portal this would cost 3k or something ex. i have my portal to mistral city and a portal from mistral to nox. and i want to let people know you must take the mistral city portal to get to nox so there would be a sign like this [this goes to] [mistralcity] [nox] [other name] or [mistralcity] [nox] [town3] [town4] and if they want the text to be changed then they have to pay you a certain amount like 1k kukelekuuk00
