As long as you don't buy your salad at a fast-food restaurant, because those are usually the fattest of all (take the McDonald's salad for example, it has more fat than the big mac)
I eat fast-food maybe once every month, and it's usually just French fries (technically fast-food but I don't really count it as fast-food) at a chip shop (place that sells French fries)
Last time I've eaten any fast-food from a fast-food restaurant (which was McDonald's) was.. 8 months ago, this is because most fast-food is disgusting fat junk.
Now, I present you the many tasty home-cooked foods.
Babi pangang:
Spaghetti Bolognese:
Pasta Alfredo: Mmmmmm
Mashed potatoes and spinach:
Pea Soup: (The most delicious soup of all)
Schnitzel and Potatoes:
Mac and Cheese:
Ajam Smoor: (This may not look tasty but it's the tastiest of all)
