Multihome

 

Definitely multihome.

 

I'd say multi home and/or unlimited lwc first. They are practically more useful and I'd save the CustomTag for last. It's pretty but not an immediate necessity.
Also the town wouldn't be a bad idea! =)

 

Multihome is really helpful. I often have one set in mining, one in nether. I think that really boosts productivity.

An additional town is not a bad idea either, but just remember that even though you are the original owner, if you are offline for for 6+ months, a tycoon+ could claim your town.

 

you could try buying someone else's town! Buy it from a resident who doesn't want the town but wants to be mayor. Just save 15k more :D
