    Cocoa: easy semi-auto farm with no work at all and all profit. (except for paying the builders to replant)
    nwarts: Great profit with fortune 3 axe, and makes a cool sound when destroying them :p.

    Netherwart is my favorite of all crops including pumpkins and melons. I make almost 16k per hour with fort 3 and fly.
