Find one, and people will think about it. Not everything can be made in 20 seconds. ESPECIALLY plugins.
I cannot imagine how slots would even work on Minecraft... And as gumland said, if you can find a plugin, there's a bit more of a chance for slots to even be considered. Most suggestions that are short will get a "No," simply because there isn't much... To them. We aren't mind-readers. :b
I honestly see no way of this working at all as a plugin... As a redstone machine? Sure, that's just be massive and I wouldn't know where to begin.
