    Have actual plots of land in towns and you can only build on your plot. Most of you are probably thinking the current system works fine. But this would prevent a lot of griefings. Also, If i wanted to make a mine/basement in my plot it can be hard to stay in the plot

    This has been suggested before, and it was denied. It will be to unorganized and messy with mayors being able to make their own regions. The current system works well, just be careful with who your town members are.

    Yea, I had suggested something similar to this some 7 months or so ago and it got spiked over the net.
