I sell plots in my town of Greece. 10x10 un-built plots are 1k. Pre-built 10x10 are 1.3k. Or buy a 15x15 un-built for 1.5k. Or if you want a cheap but big 20x20 for 2k!! Also Greece citizen get free e-repairs and water placements from the town mayor(Me).
