    Discord (obviously)
DiscordPTB* (Public Test Build - to have a second instance of Discord open)
Elgato Game Capture** (Comes with Elgato Sound Capture - that's the program we'll be using)

*Having a second instance of Discord will require a second account be created.
**Physical hardware from Elgato not required. We'll be using a program that comes with the Capture software to split your computer's audio and capture it in a second instance of Discord.

Before doing anything, we need to find your current setup's audio source for reference in this guide.
On your taskbar, right click the [IMG] icon. Open Sound settings > Click Sound control panel > Play audio and look for green bars

In this instance Arctis Pro Wireless is my audio source. In the guide we will reference this as the Original Audio.

After downloading all programs, open Elgato Sound Capture, go to Music, and select your Original Audio under Settings.

This should automatically set your system's default device to Elgato Sound Capture in the legacy Sound control panel (don't worry about changing default device / default communications device.)

On Regular Discord (not the PTB) under User Settings > Voice & Video > set your Output Device to your Original Audio.

This will make it so the Elgato Sound Capture channel doesn't pick up any sounds coming from Regular Discord.

On Discord PTB under User Settings > Voice & Video > set your Input Device to Elgato Sound Capture (input volume at 100%) Also leave your Output Device to Default, but MAKE SURE to set the output volume to 0%. Under Input Mode, select Voice Activity, uncheck "Automatically determine input sensitivity" and move the slider all the way to the left.
Scroll down and under Voice Processing, uncheck Echo Cancellation, Noise Suppression, and Automatic Gain Control - this will prevent Discord from trying to adjust the audio quality of the source audio. Also make sure any Attenuation settings are disabled if they are turned on.

Optionally, you may want to disable all settings under Notifications as well turn off all options under Privacy & Safety to prevent people from messaging the account and sending friend requests.

That should be all that is needed. Now add the second account to ECC's Discord and verify using a mobile phone. Restart any program that may have been open before this process to change it's audio output to the new default audio device.
