Brief Description: I was just walking around last night at around 10:45 PM PST and then I suddenly died. I lost my Eff4 Unb3 Silk1 Axe, Projectile Protection 4 Armor, and some other things. This is not a portal or /home or /spawn bug, I just simply started losing health and died.

Evidence: I have a pic that says you died.
