Suggestion:
Allow users to create custom Sculptures/Models through the entityset commands (with hidden armorstands) that are already there, through a nice user friendly interface. Flying text as you use it on the spawns and the ability to create stuff that normally doesn't exist in MC is addictive, once you get used to it.

Reason:
Because people are crazy about it, once they see it. A large German Minecraft Server (200-300 Players average) is primarly financed through this. They made a easy to use interface, so it's basically accessible to everyone, without the need for long command lines. Since it's only cosmetic there's no problem selling access to this feature for real money.
