Heylo there! I was thinking the other day after taking some screenshots, that this could be pretty fun! The title is self explanatory. I will be hosting a picture scavenger hunt!
Here is the jist of how this game will work.
~Once I create a list of all applicants, I will start the actual event.
~I will create a list of people, items, situations, or just things in general to screenshot.
Examples include :
A screenshot of an afk fountain
A screenshot of a creeper
A screenshot of a person who has a name that begins with the letter "P"
(Not the actual list)
~To submit a screenshot, you just reply to the thread with a link to the screenshot.
~If you are the first to submit a particular screenshot on the list, then you will be given
$500. $750
~The first to submit everything on the list at once is the winner of the scavenger hunt.
The winner will receive $15,000 ECD.
For a screenshot to count, it must meet the following requirements :
1. It must be unedited. This means any sort of cropping or drawing. Similar to the rules of posting a screenshots in complaints and such.
2. Must have a timestamp. The screenshot has to be taken within the days the event takes place.
3. Screenshots or links must be appropriate. I shouldn't have to say that... but ya know how it goes sometimes.
4. First to reply with a screenshot is the first to claim the $750 per. There won't be any sharing of screenshots allowed. Ex. User 1 takes a screenshot of one of the items on the list. User 1 gives the screenshot to User 2 to submit for the final prize.
5. There will be numbers by the needed screenshot on the list. Use that number when submitting so it's easier for me to find.

*****Change in contest date. Since a lot of users sometimes can't play on weekdays, I will be postponing the contest to take place on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 5:00pm (6:00 EST) and end Monday, March 17, 5:00pm CST (6:00pm EST). I apologize for the short notice. This way there will be more time allotted for users to apply if they wish to.
Contest will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 2:00pm CST (3:00pm EST) and will end Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 2:00pm CST (3:00 EST).
Applicants that enter the contest BEFORE the starting event time will have a $0 entry fee.
For users that apply AFTER the starting event time will have a $500 entry fee.

12.- A screenshot of a lottery win of over $50k
13.- A screenshot of a zombie spawner

18.- A screenshot of a house in the wilderness (griefed or ungriefed. Must clearly be a house. Have /rg i in your chat as well).

Notice that some items on the list require a "selfie". To take a screenshot of a selfie, f5 must be used to change perspective to show the front view of you. Here is a selfie of me and a random user at the spawn today.
